Making your painting

Our usual production time is approximately 7 days before dispatch. Oil paintings need time to air-dry naturally, so preparation may occasionally take a little longer. For a personalised order, production begins once we have received the necessary photos and confirmed the details. We will let you know if additional time is needed.

Delivery estimates

Delivery to the United States and supported European destinations usually takes approximately 2–4 weeks after dispatch. Production and transit are separate periods. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; customs processing, holidays and carrier delays may affect delivery.

Shipping charges and destinations

Free shipping is available for the United States and the European destinations supported at checkout. Enter your full delivery address at checkout to check availability and the final order total. Availability can vary by destination.

Address and tracking

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing an order. Contact us promptly if it needs correcting. Once the parcel has been dispatched, changes may no longer be possible. Tracking details will be provided when available.

Delays or a missing parcel

If dispatch is delayed, we will contact you with the revised estimate and the available options, including cancellation and a refund where applicable. If your parcel appears delayed or missing, Contact us with your order number so we can investigate.

Import charges

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties or carrier handling fees under the destination’s rules. Any charges collected by our store are shown at checkout. Please contact us before ordering if you need clarification about charges that may be collected separately.

Arrival condition

Please inspect your painting and frame on arrival. If there is damage, keep the packaging and contact us with your order number and photos where possible so we can help.
