This policy applies to hand-painted artwork purchased from Pawlinora.

Standard paintings

For paintings that are not personalised, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact us with your order number before sending the painting back so we can provide the correct return address and instructions. Please protect the painting and frame with suitable packaging.

Personalised paintings

Paintings made from your photos or to your individual specifications cannot be returned simply because you change your mind. This does not affect your rights if the item is damaged, faulty, incorrect, or otherwise not as described.

Damage or an incorrect item

Please Contact us with your order number and, where possible, photos of the painting, frame and packaging. Keep the packaging while we review the issue. We will arrange an appropriate remedy based on the issue and your applicable rights.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, Contact us as soon as possible. We will confirm whether it can still be changed or cancelled. Your applicable cancellation rights are unaffected.

Refunds and return arrangements

We will explain the return arrangements and any applicable return costs before you send the item back. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time for the payment to appear depends on your payment provider.

Your consumer rights

This store policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights, including applicable withdrawal rights, remedies for faulty goods, or required refund deadlines. Where those rights apply, they take precedence over this policy.
